Through our new Environmental Tracker, you can now search by your postcode to get the latest updates from Onward Environmental, including things like when we’ve visited, when we’ll next be in the area and photos after services are carried out.

Service update – 30th August 2024
We have recently experienced some delays due to the wet weather during Spring and bringing our services inhouse. Now that the weather has improved and these delays have been resolved, we will be out delivering services in your neighbourhood. Please note that scheduled dates for future visits may move due to bank holidays, events outside of our control (such as bad weather) and the availability of our operatives. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this time.

How do I report a problem?
We don’t always get things right first time, so if you do have any problems, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to rectify the issue quickly.
The easiest way to report a problem is through the My Onward Portal. You can also report a problem to us by:
- Messaging 07793 795882 on WhatsApp between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, and 10am – 6pm on Wednesdays
- Emailing customerservices@onward.co.uk
- Call 0300 555 0600 between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 6pm on Wednesdays if you don’t have access to email or the internet.
