How do I report a problem?

We don’t always get things right first time, so if you do have any problems, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to rectify the issue quickly.  

The easiest way to report a problem is through the My Onward Portal. You can also report a problem to us by: 

  • Contacting us via private message on social media between 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am – 5pm on Wednesdays 
  • Emailing  
  • Calling 0300 555 0600 between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 7pm on Wednesdays if you don’t have access to email or the internet.
