How do I access a voucher that Onward has sent to me through Housing Perks?
Just look out for an email and WhatsApp from Housing Perks. This will include instructions on how to access your voucher. You can also access the voucher within the Housing Perks app if you sign up with the mobile number that we have registered on our system. If you’d like to access your voucher through the Housing Perks app and haven’t already signed up, please follow the instructions below.
- Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for ‘Housing Perks’ on your mobile or tablet device.
- Enter your mobile phone number.
- You will be sent a One Time Passcode (OTP) via text message to confirm your mobile phone number. Once you have received your OTP, enter it into the app.
- When asked to choose your housing association, select ‘Onward’ from the drop-down list.
- Enter your Tenancy Reference Number, which you can find on the rent review information we send to you each February, via the My Onward Portal or by contacting us, along with your contact information.
- Your voucher should appear in the wallet section of your app. If it is not showing, please get in touch with Housing Perks by emailing support@yourhousingperks.com.

Vouchers can be printed off, so you can ask a family member, friend or Scheme Manager (if you live in one of our Older Persons Schemes) to print off a voucher for you if needed.
