We are delighted to share our first ever Customer Report, giving you an update on our performance and progress over the past year.
The report sets out some of our achievements since becoming Onward, explains how we’ve invested our budget in improving our current homes and building new ones, and gives you a snapshot of how we’re performing across different areas of our business, from repairs to customer service.
As well as looking at what we’ve done, the report also tells you about some of the exciting things we have planned for the coming year.
We always want to keep you up to date on our progress, so we’ll be sharing similar updates with you on a quarterly basis.
