We’re delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in not one, but two categories at this year’s First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.

Our Clifton Gardens development in Aigburth, Liverpool, is up for Best New Development in the North, while judges also selected our marketing campaign for the launch of the new Onward Living brand in the Most Innovative Marketing Campaign category.

Clifton Gardens – Best New Development in the North

Clifton Gardens is a unique development of 24 homes built in the grounds of the historic Turner Home in Aigburth, Liverpool. 20 of the properties were available exclusively through shared ownership.

Aigburth in South Liverpool is a sought-after district. It boasts convenient transport links to Liverpool city centre which is just 15 minutes away, it’s on the doorstep of Sefton Park and has excellent schools nearby. As a result, many prospective home-owners find themselves priced out of the market.

The development was an opportunity to diversify the existing housing offer and we are proud to have delivered 100% affordable housing on the scheme. Completed in September 2019, Clifton Gardens is the first shared ownership development in this area for a decade, giving local first-time buyers an opportunity to get on the property ladder.

Onward Living – Most Innovative Marketing Campaign

In April 2019 we launched Onward Living, a new brand to represent our homes for sale. Onward Living specialises in building new homes, with a focus on Shared Ownership, to suit the diverse needs of our customers, whether they’re a first-time buyer, a growing family, or just thinking about downsizing.

To support the brand launch we developed an integrated, research-led marketing campaign with multiple online and offline tactics. The impact of our campaign was clear: for a marketing spend of less than £80,000 we sold 100% of our homes within one month of launch, generating £2.5 million in sales revenue.
