Do you want to have a say in how we invest in our homes and neighbourhoods? Do you want to shape how customers influence what we do? If so we want to hear from you!
New regulatory standards set out that housing associations must allow customers to influence at a strategic level. We want to ensure that our approach is effective, so are looking for two customers to join a new group that is reviewing how we involve customers in our decision-making and ensure their voices are heard here at Onward.
It is important that we get a mix of diverse views that reflect the communities we serve and therefore we welcome applications from all backgrounds.
Time commitment: 2 hours a month
