1st Call in the Arndale in Accrington is open for telephone and face-to-face appointments.

Our team can provide tailored 1-2-1 support to residents living in Lancashire, giving you an opportunity to engage in a range of activities that will help improve overall health and wellbeing and provide support with issues such as employment support, help budgeting, housing needs, accessing training & volunteering roles, and advice on other external organisations that can offer support and guidance.

At 1st Call we take a holistic approach when supporting customers. We are very flexible and work on a drop-in basis, although we are happy to book appointments for more complex support needs.

Opening times:

  • 10.00 – 15.00 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (Closed between 12.30 – 13.00 for lunch)
  • 10.00 – 14.00 on Wednesday

Please note that we are closed on Fridays, we work remotely and are available for telephone, email, and online support.
