1st Call in the Arndale in Accrington is open for telephone and face-to-face appointments.

Our team can provide tailored 1-2-1 support to residents living in Lancashire, giving you an opportunity to engage in a range of activities that will help improve overall health and wellbeing and provide support with issues such as employment support, financial advice, housing needs, accessing training and volunteering roles, and advice on other external organisations that can offer support and guidance.

At 1st Call we take a holistic approach when supporting customers. We are very flexible and work on a drop-in basis, although we are happy to book appointments for more complex support needs.

Opening times:

  • 10.00 – 15.00 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (Closed between 12.30 – 13.00 for lunch)
  • 10.00 – 14.00 on Wednesday

Please note that we are closed on Fridays, we work remotely and are available for telephone, email, and online support.
