Onward produces regular publications featuring media (photographs, video and audio) from events to ensure that our customers are aware of current projects. We also use media to support our press releases therefore images/recordings may appear in local, regional and trade press, on our websites and on social media.
I understand that:
- Images/recordings will be stored in the Onward ‘photo library’ for a maximum of 3 years (photo’s) / 5 years (video/audio), however we reserve the right to store and retain the images/recordings in our archive indefinitely
- Onward may use the images/recordings on their website and on social media, and in publications such as newsletters, leaflets, brochures and reports
- My images/recordings may be used for promotional materials, publications, in articles and potentially for publicity/marketing purposes
- I can withdraw consent for this at any time via email protection@onward.co.uk although understand any withdrawal of consent will not apply to material already published
- Onward will not include your personal email, postal address or telephone numbers on video, our website or in printed publications and advertising but Onward may include your full name with the image
- Onward may use group or class images with very general labels such as ‘Residents at Onward properties’
- Onward may use the image in literature unrelated to when the picture was actually taken.
Please provide your consent below if you agree that Onward may use your images/recordings for publicity in the media, advertising and other publications (newsletter, leaflets, brochures and social media).
