Oaklands Housing with Care scheme located in Fallowfield, Manchester, is our fifth specialist housing scheme to open its doors. Having invested £7million in the construction of the scheme, we are committed to providing industry-leading housing and care for customers living with support needs and cognitive, neurological conditions.
Enabling customers to live independently.
Oaklands promotes independent living and can also provide bespoke care packages and tailored support to customers who may require care and assistance.
Although Oaklands is an Extra Care facility, the accommodation is suitable for anyone over the age of 55 and is a great place to live independently with the knowledge that support is on hand if you ever need it.
The scheme features 36 self-contained one- and two-bed apartments with flooring, blinds and integrated appliances provided.
Customers can be assured that those who require a care package have carers on site, and 24/7 assistive technology ensuring their safety and wellbeing round the clock.
More than that, they can expect access to a private on-site hairdresser, communal lounges and safe outdoor spaces, including a secure roof terrace.
Located near the City Centre, the scheme offers city living in a safe environment with close proximity to the M60 and Europe’s largest bus route.
