 What is the session about?

The session will give you an opportunity to meet with other customers and Onward colleagues from our Customer Engagement and Digital Services teams.   At the session we will share with you our plans for improving the experiences of our customers and find out what matters most to you.   We will look at how things are changing in the world around us, and our plans for ensuring our services are fit for the future.

 Come along and listen to what we are doing and share your ideas on how you think we could improve how we deliver services.
