About the event
We are looking for customers who are willing to attend short online discussion meetings over the next twelve months, focusing on your experience of our repairs service.
An ideal participant will:
- have a positive attitude;
- enjoy problem solving; and
- be open minded and able to consider other customer’s views.
Following the event, if you would like to be considered for a role then we will have a chat in more detail about what this involves to see if it is right for you.
Customers who are invited to get involved will be asked to attend online discussions at least once every three months.
Our friendly team can offer support and training to get you online and will supply you with information to read before the discussions take place.
* This event is not designed to resolve customers’ individual repairs cases, and Specialists will not be able to feedback on the progress of outstanding repairs. Please report your repairs via MyOnward or by contacting us on 0300 555 0600.
