The Building Safety Act 2022 puts residents at the heart of building safety. This means that residents must be provided with clear information about the safety of their building and given meaningful opportunities to participate in building safety decisions that may affect them.
Your Resident Engagement Strategy (RES) explains how we will make sure you are well informed about building safety matters, have opportunities to participate in decisions that affect your building and that you can can raise any questions or concerns. It also sets out how we will communicate with you and seek your views.
