Property Krowd – Misleading customer letters
We have received reports that some customers have received letters from a company called Property Krowd, containing details about your Onward home and asking you to subscribe to a service by scanning a QR code.
Although we may be mentioned in the letter, Onward Homes has no connection with Property Krowd and we have not authorised them to approach our customers.
We haven’t given them any of your personal details or any information about the energy efficiency of your home – anyone can find this information at the gov.uk website.
We advise you to carefully review any letters you receive and to avoid sharing any personal information unless you are sure it is safe to do so.
The same caution should apply to anyone visiting your home. Remember that Onward and its contractors will always carry photographic ID and notify you before any planned visits.
