Our 2024/25 ESG report
This week, we have published our latest Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report.
Framed around the themes of the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing, this report showcases the progress that we have made during the 2024/25 financial year to empower customers and colleagues. Highlights from this period include:
- Building 434 new homes, our highest annual figure
- Retaining our A1 credit rating from Moodys
- Helping 1,335 customers with the cost of living through our Money Advice Team
- Retrofitting 290 homes across Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire
- Supporting 111 colleagues to learn a new skill
