Who will carry out the work?
Onward works with a selection of specialist contractors to carry out our planned maintenance programmes across the north west.
At a minimum, we expect our contractors to:
- Make sure you understand the work that will be completed
- Arrange appointments at convenient times for you and give plenty of notice when they plan to visit your home
- Appoint a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to answer any questions you may have
- Provide up-to-date contact details so that you can get in touch
- Wear photographic identification at all times
- Tidy up after themselves and make sure you are happy with the work when they are finished.
