Providing homes our customers love
In St Helens, we’re partnering with Vistry to deliver 123 new affordable homes on the former site of Ibstock Brickworks. When complete, the homes will be available via Social Rent, Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership.
Since April this year, we have made improvements to our existing homes across Merseyside, including 238 new kitchens, 159 new bathrooms, 7 new roofs, 393 new doors, 183 new boilers and the installation of new windows in 190 homes.
Creating places people are proud of
In partnership with the local council, we are working to reduce fly tipping across Stockport. We are also working with the local police to improve how we respond to local cases of antisocial behaviour.
