Our Sheltered Housing schemes offer specialist self-contained accommodation for those who want to carry on living independently but with discreet support in place. Our schemes are usually a group of apartments situated within one complex that offers a range of communal facilities.
We have over 60 Sheltered Housing schemes located across the North West, and as a minimum, these all offer a:
- Dedicated Scheme Manager
- Communal lounge, kitchen, and laundry facilities
- Easy access to local amenities and visiting services
- 24-hour digitally enabled emergency systems
Unlike a residential or nursing home, our Sheltered Housing schemes are independent, and privacy is always respected. You are welcome to come and go from your apartment as you please, and friends and family are welcome to visit at any time.
