Our partnership with Lovell has seen work restart at our Signallers Croft development of 54 Shared Ownership, 62 Rent to Buy and 23 Affordable Rent homes near Crewe. Work is progressing well on the large site, which has the potential to deliver up to 449 new homes in the coming years.
Just outside of Macclesfield is our Bollin Grange development of 62 homes, available through a mix of Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership. Construction is progressing well thanks to our partners, Vistry, with 22 homes completed in March with more to follow later this year. The show home is now open, so please head down to take a look.
Since April this year, we have made improvements to our existing homes across Greater Manchester and Cheshire East. This has included 136 new kitchens, 225 new bathrooms, 12 new roofs and the installation of new doors in 43 homes and new windows in 29 homes.
