If you need to contact us over the bank holiday weekend, please note our opening hours below:
- Friday 2nd May, 8am to 6pm
- Saturday 3rd May, emergency service*
- Sunday 4th May, emergency service*
- Monday 5th May (bank holiday), emergency service*
- Tuesday 6th May, 8am to 6pm
*Our emergency phone line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holiday Monday. If you need to report antisocial behaviour or an emergency repair, such as a flood or leak that can’t be controlled, please call us as soon as you can on 0300 555 0600.
