How will I be affected during planned maintenance work?
We know that any maintenance work in your home can be unsettling, especially if it goes on for some time. We will always try to minimise any disruption for everyone in your home, so that you will soon be able to relax and enjoy your new surroundings.
When you are contacted about any planned works, you will be informed:
- The provisional dates and times when work will be carried out and when work is expected to be completed
- Any services that may be temporarily interrupted during the works (e.g. water supply, electricity, etc.) and how we will support you during these times
- How you will need to prepare for the works to start – such as clearing rooms and corridors, keeping pets out of the way, etc.
