Providing homes our customers love
On the outskirts of Leyland, our Farrington Mews development with Keepmoat has proven consistently popular with people looking for a more affordable route onto the local property ladder. Customers have already moved into 138 homes, with a further 18 homes available over the next two years through Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership.
Since April last year, we have made improvements to our existing homes across Lancashire, including 237 new kitchens, 180 new bathrooms, 64 new roofs, 603 new doors and 43 new boilers. We have also installed new windows in 284 homes and improved the insulation of 81 homes.
