We manage external contractors Greenfingers, Continental Landscapes and Gritit, to deliver grounds maintenance in some of our neighbourhoods.
Contractors are checked and monitored routinely on a monthly basis for quality, productivity and safety. Each contractor attends a monthly meeting with Onward to discuss performance in these areas.
Our contractor, Continental Landscapes, has a dedicated web portal for Onward customers to access. Here you can see updates from the latest maintenance visit in your area and when works are next planned.
