What does a Customer Service Specialist do?
Our Customer Service Specialists focus on helping and advising our new and existing customers. Working as part of a great team, each Customer Service Specialist will handle inbound telephone calls, e-mails and social media requests from existing customers and people who are looking for a home with us. The team deal with a wide variety of enquiries associated with our customer’s tenancy arrangements from raising and appointing repairs, managing payments to helping customers apply for a new home.
What are we looking for in a Customer Service Specialist?
We’re looking for passionate people with a can do attitude who have experience of working in a customer service, contact centre based environment. Experience of managing multi-channel contacts efficiently using a wide range of ICT packages is desirable. Being able to manage a varied workload whilst achieving priorities and objectives is vital for the role along with excellent communication and listening skills.
What are the benefits?
All Customer Service Specialist posts are recruited to the recruitment salary (£19,700) and movement to the confirmed salary (£21,250) is based on successful completion of a 6 month probation.
